ZACH HILTY is the CEO and founder of Hilty Wealth Management. Zach received his BA in Philosophy and Rhetoric from UC Berkeley, his MS Ed. from Hunter College, and is a Teach For America alumnus. Zach taught history and held various administrative roles at Uncommon Schools’ Excellence Boys Charter School in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. In 2015, Zach left teaching to pursue a career in photography; he works with BFA where he is a Principal Photographer and Senior Talent Development Manager. The idea for Hilty Wealth Management started with a small “friends & family” advisory in 2020 that Zach ran from a barn in rural Arkansas, where he and his wife, Libby, had gone to “wait out” the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Hilty Wealth Management became a registered investment adviser 2023.
